Fit&Flexi 3 Week Challenge for endurance athletes

Find strength and flexibility at your convenience. My Fit&Flexi 3 Week Challenge is designed to supplement your current training program. These short guided online video-based sequences work around your schedule. Built as a progressive series of six videos, you’ll get two, 15-minute workouts each week. Once you’ve completed your workout, join Yogeur on Strava and log your workout to be in with a chance of winning weekly prizes from Lululemon and Black Sheep Cycling.

To optimise your athletic performance, stabilising your trunk is essential. The ability to keep the whole of the trunk in a stable and controlled position allows the larger muscles, which provide strength and power, to generate higher forces which intern equals more speed. Only after developing functional stability away from your chosen sport, can you begin to apply this and realise your true physical potential.
