Fit&Flexi 3 Week Challenge. Season Two – Mindful Mobility

Find strength and flexibility at your convenience. This series works to give you an all over body stretch post exercise or when your feeling that little bit stiff. Built as a progressive series of six videos, you’ll be guided through gentle stretches targeting those areas prone to stiffness post exercise: Hamstrings, Glutes, Hips, Chest and Lower Back. If you can’t remember the last time you touched your toes, this series is for you.

Integrate this series of short stretch videos into your weekly training program. Ideal for those hours post-training when relaxation is vital for recovery and the body is warm and limber. This series increases mobility and the removal of metabolic waste to speed up recovery and reduce the effects of DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). The use of diaphragmatic breathing techniques activates the ‘relax and restore’ nervous system.
