My next Four Week Series will begin on October 18, with more options available – you can sign up for one or two classes per week. With the Dynamic Classes focusing on building your trunk strength to improve overall power and performance, you’ll dive into summer stronger and more toned than ever. Counter this with the Active Recovery Class the next morning to prevent injury and keep the body limber and feeling refreshed ready for the weekend.
